About the Role

We are looking for a Safety Manager to oversee workplace safety and compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing safety programs and practices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety Program Development: Develop, implement, and oversee safety programs, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations and standards.

  • Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.

  • Training and Education: Provide safety training and education programs to employees, supervisors, and managers.

  • Incident Management: Manage and investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

  • Safety Culture: Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and employee engagement.

  • Emergency Response: Develop and maintain emergency response plans and coordinate drills and exercises.

  • Safety Reporting: Prepare and present safety reports to senior management and regulatory authorities as required.

  • Employee Engagement: Collaborate with HR teams to ensure safety is integrated into recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes.

  • Vendor Management: Oversee safety-related vendor relationships and ensure compliance with safety standards.


  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or related field (Certified Safety Professional certification preferred).

  • Proven experience as a Safety Manager or in a similar safety leadership role.

  • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to influence and engage employees at all levels of the organization.

  • Proficiency in safety management software and Microsoft Office.
