About the Role
We are seeking a Recruiter to assist in the talent acquisition process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for future roles.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and qualifications.
- Provide timely communication to candidates and hiring teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition roles.
- Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
