About the Role

We are looking for a Receptionist and Phone Company Communicator to provide excellent front desk and phone communication support. The ideal candidate will ensure a positive first impression for visitors and handle phone inquiries professionally.


Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees at the front desk.

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.

- Provide information and assistance to callers and visitors.

- Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings.

- Assist with administrative tasks, including mail handling and document filing.

- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
