About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resource Coordinator to join our HR team. The Human Resource Coordinator will play a key role in supporting HR functions and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings and candidate screening.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

- Maintain HR records and employee files in compliance with regulations.

- Process HR-related paperwork and documentation.

- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new employees.

- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related information.

- Assist in HR projects and initiatives as needed.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred).

- Previous experience in HR coordination or administrative roles.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
