About the Role

We are seeking an Employee Relations Manager to foster positive employee relations and create a harmonious workplace environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving employee issues and promoting employee engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and resolve employee relations issues and conflicts.

- Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives.

- Conduct investigations and recommend corrective actions as needed.

- Provide guidance and coaching to employees and managers.

- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

- Collaborate with HR teams on employee development and retention strategies.


- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

- Proven experience in employee relations or HR roles.

- Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills.
